Fiber Optic Rotary Joint (FORJ)
DWFORJ fiber optic rotary joint (FORJ) also known as fiber optic slip ring or fiber optical rotary connector. And the core of joint contains precision optical components to guide the light from one fiber to another across the rotating interface.
FORJs transfer light signals between components connected by unlimited 360° rotation. Especially for large capacity data and signal and without interruption. Since no electrical contacts to wear out, FORJs generally require more less maintenance compared to traditional electrical slip rings.
Optical fiber rotary joint can combine with traditional electrical slipring to form optoelectronic hybrid combiner rings, then transmitting power and high-speed data.
