High Speed Slip Ring
Waydun 1000 rpm~12000 rpm high speed slip ring use a metal shell. Specially internal structure design to meet high speed operation.
Due to the RPM, high speed slip ring has extremely strict requirements such as dimensional tolerances, contact surface smoothness and concentricity of internal components.
Waydun WDH series electrical slipring control the tolerance within 5 ‰ mm, then the contact surface of conductive ring is smooth like a mirror, achieving a Ra0.02 smoothness. Also control the concentricity between each loop and bearing within 1% mm.
